When gas composition and volume flow vary significantly, a high degree of flexibility in process control is required. This is made possible by TNV.
Heating can be provided electrically or with gas. The comparatively high energy requirement compared to the catalytic process can be reduced by using heat exchangers.

About Allog Engineering
We develop and supply exhaust air purification systems that reliably, energy-efficiently, and safely treat organic emissions – from laboratory to medium-sized industrial applications. Our goal is to provide the technically and economically optimal solution for every application – from proven standard systems to individually developed special solutions.
Our range of systems is based on largely standardized modules in various performance sizes that have proven themselves in numerous applications. These systems can be specifically adapted to individual process requirements, for example through special safety technology or the integration of heat exchangers.
Energy efficiency and operational reliability are paramount in the development of our systems. Through flow-optimized design with low pressure loss and application-specific catalysts, we achieve exceptionally low energy consumption. At the same time, sophisticated safety technology ensures that our systems can continue operating even in the event of malfunctions, without compromising safety.
